Nichola Hull – Company Secretary and Accountant
Nichola will have been with the company for twenty years at the end of this year and has worked with Crossway Managing Director, Steve Fearnehough for over twenty five years.
The company has seen Nichola's career progress over the years as she has passed various accountancy exams.
She has been responsible for and has implemented numerous financial and administrative systems throughout the business.
Nichola will be the first to give praise to her loyal team who have given her support including Rebecca Barton, our Operations Co-ordinator who has been a massive contributor for more than ten years.
Anthony Lomas – Site Manager
Anthony joined Crossway in 2006 as a scaffolder with his brother, James, who is also an Advanced Scaffolder at the firm.
Together they have been involved in running some of the largest projects undertaken by Crossway.
Anthony was put through the company training programme and progressed to become an Advanced Scaffolder.
For the last two years Anthony has been Site Manager at Crossway’s flagship project, Manchester Victoria Station and has been responsible for the company’s on site activities involving liaising with our client, Morgan Sindall and Network Rail. He has managed multiple teams of scaffolders during the project with most of the work being undertaken during night shifts whilst the station has been in full operation.
Anthony has come in for special praise by everyone concerned with the project and we are very proud to have developed him and his career over the years.
His next project is another multi million pound project in Manchester City Centre.
Emily Delarosa, Ryan Lee Nuttall & Harry Cawood
These are some of our young apprentices who have joined us over the last couple of years.
Emily has just completed her Business Administration apprenticeship and is now responsible for duties such as payroll , Harry is just about to start his Business apprenticeship and Ryan is about to commence a surveying course at Leeds College of Building.
We are committed to developing young talent and have a number of apprentices throughout the business including some who are re-training having worked in other industries.
Crossway are always looking to progress the career development of every individual within the business.
