NASC - Project of the Year 2026
Crossway Scaffolding Shortlisted for NASC Project of the Year Award
We are delighted to announce that our Skinner Street project in Leeds, delivered in partnership with Keady Construction, has been shortlisted for the NASC Project of the Year Award (Major Category).
The 31-storey residential development, standing 93 metres tall, is one of the largest and most technically challenging projects Crossway has delivered to date. Working closely with Keady Construction, our team designed and erected a full-height scaffold that progressed alongside the construction programme, providing safe and reliable access throughout the build.
The project showcased the very best of Crossway, combining innovative engineering, meticulous planning and collaboration to overcome the challenges of a confined city-centre site. It featured over 20 bespoke design drawings, more than 117 pages of structural calculations and achieved zero RIDDOR incidents across the two-year programme.
Being shortlisted is fantastic recognition of the hard work, expertise and commitment of everyone involved in delivering this flagship project.
We would like to thank Keady Construction for their continued partnership and congratulate our entire team on this outstanding achievement.
